My oh my, what a tale of mystery you have woven this round, truly a test of the mind.
I’ll start off with the biggest negative (a small one actually), I feel Cassie didn’t really play much more than a passive roll this round, which given the context here, works surprisingly well, I just can’t help but feel she could have had a slightly bigger roll.
Now how you did as a whole, the world you crafted was jarring and hard to see, but in this round it makes perfect sense, it is confusing, your senses would take a real beating going through this, well done! The plot developme

A small nitpick, both parts could easily have fit onto 1 page, but this doesn't affect the entry.
We gained some insight into what Kobal is, and a darker side revealed. You portrayed Cameron well enough, but could have done more. Reading this I would have no idea that Cameron is blind or psychic, and is some random 15 year old for the slaughter and he had next to no input in the story, I feel you could have done more with Cameron than a simple victim.

As you have all no doubt heard, Monty Oum has passed, we have lost a great animator, but we have not lost his heart, for we have that which he has left us : his creations.
I know not whether they will continue RWBY out of respect, or discontinue it to preserve his creation, but I know that we fans will continue to play with his world.
